Strawberry Launch:

Strawberry Launch is a pop rock band, est. November of 2018 after lead singer, Riiza, cold-called guitarist, Matrianna Gahol, hoping she would want to start a band with a complete stranger. Together, they added Abby Flicker on bass, Taylor Hurt on keyboard and Benjy on drums. Their debut EP (released in August 2021) quickly gained praise from Under the Radar, Rolling Stone India and Atwood Magazine, saying of the bands EP, “Strawberry Launch cast a wide net, embracing astral synths and guitar tones, big pop harmonies and melodies, and cathartic chorus crescendos that amount to massive simultaneous releases of emotion and music”. The group has built a devoted following in New York City, sharing the stage with heavy hitters Beach Bunny, Hot Flash Heat Wave, Small Crush, and Similar Kind.

Mary Shelley:

Punk music you can dance to. That’s what you get from the genre-hopping, instrument-swapping members of Brooklyn’s Mary Shelley. Post-punk rhythms are imbued with elements of dance/disco beats, shoegaze, hip-hop and more, while influences stretch across generations, sounds and styles, from IDLES to Dolly Parton to Kendrick Lamar. Always, the electric four-piece scraps rules in favor of creative impulse, ensuring each new song sounds nothing like the last. Of their debut single “Bourgeois de Ville”, The Deli wrote, ”It’ll probably make you wanna dance the pogo or smash things… due to your spasmodic dancing” while Look At My Records! said it “brings to mind the (barely) controlled chaos of The Birthday Party, with a touch of… Jim Morrison? If you gave him a triple-shot red eye?” It’s this energy that powers their performance and has led loyal fans to pack venues, basements and backyards—from Brooklyn to Britain and stages in between—for shows that encompass the human experience at-large.

Trophy Wife

Trophy Wife is unapologetic. Based in Brooklyn, this indie rock brainchild of McKenzie Iazzetta (guitar/vocals) is baring all via its grungy, intense, and distorted compositions. With powerful vocals and tongue in cheek lyrics, Trophy Wife - consisting of Christian Pace (bass) and Michael Martelli (drums) - has established itself in the indie rock scene while sharing the stage with acts such as Skegss and The Beaches.
